Fee Structure for the Financial Year 2007 to 2008 and for domestic
arbitration only. International Arbitration under ‘FILE A CASE’
and ‘Eregistry’ will be available soon. All taxes or charges,
etc (if applicable) extra.
** Arbitrators fees to be paid in advance and
adjustable to 50% advance in fees payable to Eregistry in this
schedule. Travel, venue and other costs including Video conferencing
is based on actuals for arbitrators, experts and administration of
Eregistry. Costs awarded are separate and will include all expenses
made by the party in whose favour Final Award is passed by the
Tribunal.
